Passenger Count 

  • The MERCURY vessel = Private or Shared Charters: 6 passengers max, with up to 4 anglers at one time (anglers & observers can share a pole).
  • The KIMMY V vessel = Private or Shared Charters: 4 passengers max, with up to 4 anglers at one time
  • The COOPER V vessel = Private or Shared Charters: 8 passengers max (10 w/ private charter, captain’s discretion), with 4 anglers at one time, depending on skill level (anglers & observers can share a pole).

Maui Inshore Fishing Charters

Our inshore bottom fishing trips are top recommended for those looking for more action and hoping to be more involved with hooking and landing our inshore species. Operated closer to shore in Maui’s calm executive waters, they are also great for families with children and those that don’t need a full day out on the water. We offer shared trips that are 4 and 5 hour durations and private options from 4-8 hours depending on your preference. Our captain will try and catch bait in the morning then travel a short distance to our inside reefs. We use a variety of live and dead bait with occasionally artificial lures. The Captain will clean and fillet your catch if desired.

UFO Fishing trips utilize the fastest fishing vessels in Hawaii. At 28 kts our boats are unmatched in their ability to get to more fishing grounds than any other vessel, and the net result is more opportunities to find the bite and put dinner on the table. Depending on weather, charter time, and guests ability we can utilize various angling techniques for that once-in-a-lifetime Hawaiian fishing experience.
