We are checking all guests in on Kailua-Kona Pier at the blue umbrella. We also have a retail office located inside the Courtyard Marriott King Kamehameha Hotel lobby.

Dry storage is available under your seat. No storage lockers. Up to 10 passengers can be accommodated on the Coast Guard Certified version for private charters but we limit share charters to 8 flyers (4 tandem flights) for more time in the air, on time performance, and 1 hour charters.
