INSTRUCTIONS
- Visit smilespix.com, and click on the SIGN IN button
- Enter the phone number associated with your reservation to log in and view your trip pictures. International numbers log in using the first ten digits of your international phone number, country code may be included.
- Photos can take up to 24 hours to upload. Once uploaded, if you have prepaid for your photos the watermarks will be removed within 24 hours of your trip.
- If you would like to purchase your photos after your trip has concluded, please feel free to give our office a call/text at 808-661-7836 for the best pricing or purchase directly at smilespix.com.
- For any questions or concerns regarding your photos please reach out via text or our website chat.

Step 1 – Start Your Download
- Open your photo album.
- Tap the square icon in the top right corner.
- Select “Download Purchased.”
Step 2 – Create Your Zip File
- Wait for the “Zipping Images” process to finish.
- When it says Download Complete, your files are ready.
Step 3 – Open in the Files App
- Open the Files app.
- Tap Downloads.
- Your zip file(s) will appear at the top of the page.
Step 4 – Extract Your Files
- Tap each zip file.
- Select Extract.
- After extraction, tap the folder name (e.g., Photogra_1) to open it.
Note: If you have multiple zip files, repeat this step for each.
Step 5 – Select All Photos & Choose Where They Go
- Tap the circle with a check mark (top right) to select all photos.
- Tap Share (sideways “V” icon) to send photos to apps like Google Photos.
- To save to your camera folder:
- Tap the 3 vertical dots (top right) → Copy To → DCIM → Camera
Step 6 – Enjoy!
- Open the app where you sent your photos — all your pictures should be ready to view.

Step 1 – Start Your Download
- In your photo album, tap the square icon in the top right corner.
- Select “Download Purchased”.
Step 2 – Create Your Zip File
- Wait for the “Zipping Images” process to finish.
- When prompted, tap “Download”.
Step 3 – Find Your Download
- Tap the blue dot at the bottom left of your screen.
- Select “Downloads”.
Step 4 – Save to Files
- Tap your new zip file.
- Instead of “Preview Content,” tap the box with the arrow (share icon) in the bottom left.
- Choose “Save to Files” → then tap “Save”.
Step 5 – Open in the Files App
- Open your Files app (blue folder icon).
- Under “Recents,” find your zip file.
Step 6 – Select All Photos
- Open the file and tap the three dots in the top right.
- Tap “Select” → then “Select All”.
- Tap the share icon again and choose “Save Images”.
Step 7 – Enjoy!
- Open your Photos app — all your pictures should now be there.
